Delivery time

The delivery of the products/goods is completed within the next 1-10 business days from the day of completion of the order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional cases of remote geographical points and if the customer has been informed earlier, the delivery time may be extended.

Ways of delivery

i. The main way of delivering the products/goods order is via Courier service.

Product Return Process

gleek.gr offers the possibility of replacing products and a full refund provided that they comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days from the day of receipt.
  • Proof of shipment is the stamp date of the courier.
  • The returned product must be in perfect condition within the original packaging, and be accompanied by all the documents proving the transaction (Shipment/Invoice/Receipt etc.).

Product Return Process

The product is returned only after contacting gleek.gr and by following these steps:

STEP 1:

Contact us through your customer account at gleek.gr, by phone at + 30 210 8994082 or by email: [email protected], stating your request. For your convenience, please have your order number available.

STEP 2:

When you contact us, we will provide further info on how to return the package to us. (If you wish a refund ignore the next step).

STEP 3:

In case of change of products, we will ask for new codes that you want to receive.

STEP 4:

Prepare your return package and seal it carefuly, so that the content is protected. You can either use the provided packaging or any other kind of packaging.

STEP 5: 

Communicate by phone with the local offices of the courier that we've suggested as to arrange receipt of the return package.

CAUTION:

gleek.gr does not guarantee safety and security of the products that are returned via other transport companies, with the exception of the transport company that we have indicated in STEP 2. In the case that the customer uses a different transport company gleek.gr will not bear the cost of the transport.

gleek.gr reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of the return policy.

Refund Procedure:

If you would like a refund, the amount will be paid into the Bank Account that you will indicate within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of your package and after gleek.gr has confirmed that the products meet all the conditions for return. When you provide us your bank account information, please make sure to mention the name of the beneficiary. 

If your purchase was paid via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, the amount will be returned to the same card or PayPal account, respectively.

Return Transport Costs

Defective products or wrong codes:

All defective products by the manufacturer or different codes from those you ordered will be replaced or will be refunded immediately, with the total expense bearing gleek.gr. If you wish to replace a defective product with a new one gleek.gr will bear the total cost of the shipment.

Non-defective products:

In the case of return of a non-defective product the cost of returning it to gleek.gr is totally covered by the customer.
